Subscription Policy

Thank you for choosing Buckland Craft Company’s candle subscription service! Our subscription plans offer you the convenience of having your favourite handcrafted candles delivered to your door regularly, ensuring you never run out of your favorite scents.

Subscription Options

We offer flexible delivery options to suit your needs:

  • Every 2 Weeks: Receive a new candle every two weeks.
  • Every 1 Month: Receive a new candle once a month.

How It Works

  1. Sign Up: Choose your preferred subscription frequency (every 2 weeks or once a month) on the product page.
  2. Billing: Payments will be processed automatically at the start of each new subscription cycle. For bi-weekly subscriptions, this happens every 14 days; for monthly subscriptions, this occurs every 30 days.
  3. Shipping: Once your payment is processed, your candle will be dispatched within our standard shipping time frame.
  4. Subscription Management: You can manage your subscription at any time through your account. This includes pausing, skipping, or canceling your subscription. Please note that changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date to take effect in the upcoming cycle.
  5. Discounts & Offers: Subscribers may enjoy special discounts and exclusive access to seasonal scents or limited-edition products.

Cancellations & Modifications

  • Pause or Cancel Anytime: You have the flexibility to pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account. No penalties or fees are applied for cancellation, and your subscription will be deactivated immediately after the current billing period.
  • Subscription Modifications: Want to switch your delivery frequency or change the scent? Simply log into your account to update your preferences. Be sure to make changes at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

Refunds & Returns

As each candle is handcrafted, we do not offer refunds on subscription items once they’ve been shipped. However, if your candle arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement.
